Riverside-Brookfield Landmark Article

Arnold Wesley Development thanks Nicholas Greifer, the Village of Brookfield’s Community & Economic Development Director for giving credit to Arnold Wesley in a recent Riverside-Brookfield Landmark article which discussed the increased activity in home renovation permits for 2016. Compared to last year this time, the village of Brookfield has nearly doubled its permit valuation which helps support the theory that investment from companies like Arnold Wesley helps fuel larger changes within communities. Home Owners benefit from increased home values which makes home improvement borrowing easier, and most importantly they see their neighborhood beautify, which motivates them to invest into their own properties.
