Arnold Wesley has one fundamental business model:
Arnold Wesley looks to procure investment grade real estate at below market value. Following the purchase, and using fully licensed and bonded contractors and sub-contractors, the properties are rehabbed for sale at fair market value. The company has conducted extensive research and identified numerous opportunities throughout the suburban Chicago land area that fit within this business model.
Formed in January 2010, Arnold Wesley has two principal partners; Peter Blythe, Chief Executive Officer and Brian Welch, Chief Operating Officer, who together have over 50 years experience in the financial and real estate industries. Additionally, the company has numerous alliances with companies and individuals in every aspect of real estate who assist in the identification and completion of the projects.

Brian W. Welch
Brian Welch began his career working for Wonderlic Mortgage in late 1999 as a mortgage broker. During his two years at Wonderlic he familiarized himself with the various commercial and residential lending products and guidelines offered at that time.
In January of 2002 Brian joined MBD financial in Chicago where he remained for 5 years, becoming a licensed Illinois mortgage broker. During this time Brian began investing and rehabbing properties, with a view to selling them at fair market value, or renting them to Section 8 approved tenants. In 2007, Brian accepted the position of Branch Manager of an Oak Brook based Mortgage Company. His duties included running the day to day operations, training his staff, while still sourcing his own business.
These experiences led him to his latest venture – forming Arnold Wesley with his partner, Peter Blythe.
