Brian oversees and manages all day-to-day business operations, and his vision and tenacity has allowed him to create one of the most progressive residential real estate development companies in Chicago.
Spiro P Georgelos
Spiro P Georgelos & Standard Properties Group is the exclusive real estate broker & agency for Arnold Wesley Development. Spiro consults and executes on matters of property acquisitions, property sales, market analysis, and marketing initiatives that show-case the product offerings of Arnold Wesley Development. Additionally, Spiro manages the company’s marketing and branding strategy.
The vision of Arnold Wesley Development is brought to life by the talents of Daniel Hajduga, VP of Construction. With over 15 years of construction experience, Daniel oversees, coordinates, and manages the daily construction process on every Arnold Wesley project.
As Project Manager, Karol Przybyla plays an integral role in the successful completion and delivery of each Arnold Wesley project. Karol is a key contributor with the creative direction & interior trim finishes and manages all post-completion details to ensure a satisfactory project delivery.
Peter A. Blythe
As the original seed investor for Arnold Wesley, Peter Blythe played a critical role in the company‘s inception. Together with Co-Founder Brian W Welch, they assembled the framework for the company’s launch. Peter plays a critical role as the Investor Relations Director, and also manages all public relations responsibilities.
David B Johnson
David B Johnson brings years of private equity accounting experience and business acumen to serve as CFO for Arnold Wesley Development and its subsidiaries. David oversees all accounting, finance, tracking, and forecasting duties. Additionally, David is a member of the Arnold Wesley investor oversight committee.
With over 35 years experience in the real estate and mortgage industries, Jerrold A. Lazar & Associates are recognized leaders in the residential real estate field. A frequent lecturer, Jerry Lazar has achieved industry-wide recognition and was honored by the Women’s Council of Realtors for his work.
After graduating summa cum laude from SIU School of Architecture, John Gonzalez worked for 12 years on Chicago’s North Shore as Project Manager for a leading architectural firm specializing in high-end custom homes and commercial projects. This experience set the stage for his role with Arnold Wesley, as the genesis of each project begins with John’s architectural plan. Collaborating with both the construction & sales departments he creates marketable home design concepts within budget.
